These draft terms explain the basic rules for using the KSobersTech website. Individual client work will have a separate written agreement.

Services begin only after the parties approve the required written proposal or agreement and any initial payment is received. The signed documents control the scope, fees, schedule, ownership and responsibilities.
Pricing and Availability
Website prices are starting estimates and may change. A quote depends on project requirements and is subject to availability and an expiration date.
Third-Party Services
Domains, hosting, plugins, platforms, payment providers and other third-party products have separate terms, fees and risks. The client is responsible for third-party costs unless the proposal expressly states otherwise.
Intellectual Property
KSobersTech owns its name, logo, site design and original site content except where otherwise identified. Client-project ownership and licensing will be stated in the applicable agreement.
No Guaranteed Results
Examples, estimates and marketing information do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue or any specific business result.
